Construction of a new settlement composed of 10 Class A villas.
The design of Le Cascine Village evolved from a careful study of the local history and people, who, leading a tranquil existence and following the rhythm of the seasons, could boast longevity unparalleled throughout the world.
The name “Le Cascine” (Farmsteads) relates to the agricultural buildings in the area, used mainly as stores and stables for animals. These simply-designed structures can be seen all over the locality, standing either singly or in groups.
In creating “Le Cascine” Village, we would like to invite you to slow down your normal pace of life, and to draw closer to the simpler emotions of nature.
The large glass doors opening towards the lake play an important role in achieving the Class A energy status.
Each villa has its own personality, but the shared features of walls clad with Stone, the inclusion of wooden beams, and a continuous theme in the planting of the gardens and pergolas.
All aspects of the building design have been thought out very carefully, including those aspects related to energy efficiency and technology. The village will be provided with a centralised system for satellite TV reception and data transmission, eliminating the need for aerials on the roofs and for individual contracts for high-speed internet.
The buildings will be in class A, with photovoltaic panels to cover partially the energy needs, heating with heat pump.
The internal finishes and materials can be customized according to the client's taste.
