VILLA ELENA
Complete renovation and restoration of the Villa and additional building in the form of a chalet (2002-2004).
This operation restored to full use a historic dwelling built by Antonio Dolcini, responsible for the decorations at the Hotel Garoni. The artist fell in love with these places during his long stay here, dedicating himself to completing work on the then new hotel (1865), which subsequently became known as the Grand Hotel Eden. Later on, Max Ferraguti, cousin of the painter Arnaldo Ferraguti, redeveloped the building in its present form, which echoes the design and colour scheme of the guard house at Versailles.
Currently Villa Elena has been divided into apartments, where you can spend your holidays, enjoying the amazing lake view.
